• Shipping times are estimates and may be longer during peak spooky season
• We ship globally but cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Period

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

• All returned items must be in their original, unused, unopened condition and in the original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was defective

Non-Returnable Items

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
