Here’s everything you need to know about getting your decorations and what to do if a skeleton doesn’t quite rattle right.

Shipping Information

We work our magic (and not the kind that turns people into frogs) to get your orders out as quickly as possible!

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping (12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over 50! Shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak spooky season or due to factors outside our control, like international customs. We ship globally, but cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you’re spellbound by your decorations, but if something isn’t quite right, our return policy is here to make things easy—almost as easy as saying “Boo!”

Returns & Exchanges Period

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original, unused, unopened condition and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our little monsters, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Halloween Lights: Due to electrical safety concerns.
  • Halloween Inflatables: If the air blower has been used.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Coven: Email our team of Halloween experts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization number and the shipping address to send your item back. This usually takes us up to 2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all parts, and ship it to the address we provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
  4. We Process Your Request: Once we receive the returned item, our ghouls will inspect it. We will then process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or was defective. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
