At Halloween Decoration, we’re committed to ensuring your Halloween is spooktacular! While we hope you love every cauldron, cobweb, and creepy decoration, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is here to make it as easy as saying “Boo!”
Returns & Exchanges Period
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Halloween Lights (due to electrical safety concerns)
- Halloween Inflatables (if the air blower has been used)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our Halloween experts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll provide a return authorization number and shipping address within 2 business days.
- Ship Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts. Ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
